So online it says to feed fruit that's not TOO sweet a few times a week, but other sources say you can feed 1 fruit every day. I honestly don't know how to go about feeding fruit. I know fruit has benefits but I don't know how much to feed! Someone help me please LOL.

Fruit should only be one small piece once per week. Giving any fruit every day is certainly too much. Fruit is too sugary and too acidic and can lead to mouth infections (cheilitis) if given too much.
Personally, mine might get a piece of apple or a blueberry a couple of times a year

Fruit should be a very occasional rare treat. Fruit is like chocolate to a guinea pig. It tastes nice but puts on weight. Piggies are much better and happier eating hay, hay, more hay, more more hay and more hay than that! Hay should be the main diet of a guinea pig. 80-90% of what a piggie eats needs to be hay. It should be available 24/7. The more hay a guinea pig eats the healthier and more longer lived it will be. A good quality guinea pig nugget/pellet (not muesli) at a tablespoon per piggy per day and about a cupful of veggies each day is what piggies should be eating. Here is our guide to healthy eating.

Diet Guides

Our diet guides on here have very helpful information about feeding fruits and vegetables. Guinea pigs really don’t need fruit - it contains too much sugar and often time acids that can cause them other problems. They need food that is rich in vitamin c as they can’t produce it themselves but that doesn’t need to be fruit, it can be a slice of red pepper or other veg containing vitamin c.
I would only give a tiny amount of fruit as a very occasional treat maybe once a week at most.
