How much playtime/floortime

Not enough... I had decided when I made the cage smaller that they would and I haven't. I usually get them out over the weekend when I'm home and leave them out in it all weekend. It's the setting up and tidying up after floortime that does me in...

Mine don't get as much time as I would like because of bunny. I either have to put bunny in her cage or have someone else take her outside so that the piggies can have the room to themselves. They do get to run about outside if the weather is good but they don't run around so much as they are eating grass and hiding in plant pots.

Mine are out for playtime as soon as i get up so seven till ten am indoors, then outdoors if its a sunny day from 10 till 8pm (as its getting chillier on the evenings) then i bring them back indoors from 8 till eleven, they'll still have their playtime routine when i go back to uni too :))

I put my 2 boys in their indoor pen everyday and they tend to get anywhere bewteen 6 and 14 hours in it each day (i work 12 hour shifts 4 days per week so those days theyre pretty much in their pen alllll day) being so young they enjoy rampaging around in the extra space lol. sometimes i get back from work and you'd think they have had a party/disco judging by the mess they make lol maybe i shouldn't leave the radio on! hahaha

is this too much? i just thought the more space they have the better

Mine are out for long hours of playtime too, but i always thought the more playtime the better? They have space to run around eat, graze and be piggies...:)

Well mine have a run attached to their hutch all the time (it should be fox proof, it's pretty good). But that's not really extra space, that's just their cage. :)

They get to go out on the grass on nice days if there's enough grass too.

But they never get floor time inside cos I have cats, and parents!

The door opens when I get up, and closes when I go to bed.

If I forget to open the door, they just smash it off it's hinges! lol :))
