How much to feed?

Hi all,

I'm a new guinea pig owner and I'm not sure how many pellets to feed. I've seen people say 1/8 cup, 1/4 cup and unlimited. My piggie is a 10-week old boar, has unlimited hay and small bowl of veggies per day.

The pellets are a tablespoon a day. I’ll link to the feeding guide, with a pictorial reference to show the amount. Actually I think I already gave you the link in your other thread, but here it is again.

Please also consider getting your piggy a friend. They are highly social creatures and boars need to be kept in pairs. They get lonely if they are on their own.

I give two tablespoons every day. One tablespoon per pig basically

I used to give two small handfuls per day for 5 piggies but since I had to help Velvet DA BOSS over the Rainbow Bridge due to a bladder stones, bladder sludge and other complications, Betsy, Dennis, Christian and Meg are strictly on a 1 tablespoon of pellets per piggy per day.

Yeah I give one tablespoon per pig. I was giving two tablespoons per pig when I first got them, but was recommended not to so I stopped
