I recently won some bags of forage treats in a raffle (woo hoo!) However I don't know how often I can't feed them. I have marigold flowers, parsnip, celery, hazelnut leaves and dandelion roots. Can I feed some more often than others? Thanks 🙂

Is it all mixed together?

I think this thread must have got lost during a busy time of day on the forum so I'm just bumping this up 🙂

I give my piggies some forage everyday. I usually give them a little bit of a couple of different types either mixed into their hay pile or sprinkled fed along with their pellets.

That's great 😁 I thought it was more of a treat. Does that go for all types of forage then?

Flowers and leaves can be fed daily but only in small amounts. I only give dried apple and carrot once a week due to the sugar levels

I tend to use forage more as a treat, and give it 1 - 2 times a week.
But my mixes are homemade and most of them contain calcium rich things like dandelion and apple leaves.

Thank you for the replies. I'm going to feed forage a bit more now but obviously still in moderation. 😁
