How often do I change Midwest cage bottom?

I spot clean their cage every other day and clean it once a week but their water bottles leak so I’m scared the cage bottom could grow mold, I’m not sure if I have to replace it or how often I have to replace it.

You don't have to replace it. Just give it a good clean with something pet safe when you're changing out the bedding.
