Basically I’m getting my guinea pigs next week. I’m planning to give them 1 pea flake a day, 1 tablespoon pellets, half a cup veggies morning and another half in the afternoon.
I’ve got two questions
Is this too much to feed them daily?
How often to give them treats?
(Unhealthy treats or healthy treats)

That sounds perfect. My two piggies get the same including a couple of pea flakes each. When it comes to treats, it's usually veg or herbs that they don't have as part of their daily diet. They sometimes have bits of forrage (e.g dried dandelion from a packet) mixed in with their hay but I rarely buy pet shop treats

I have brought them a forrage box for Christmas and they'll have a special Christmas dinner

Hay needs to be the biggest part of their diet - about 85%. You are then right on the one tablespoon of pellets and one cup of veg a day. I have never fed pea flakes to my two.
My two will get a small piece of carrot once a month if they are lucky! It is incredibly rare that i give them fruit.
A treat for my piggies is something like a different type of hay - one of the forage type hays with things like dandelion mixed in, or a couple of parsley leaves.

Mine get veggies three times a day in small portions. They get fruits as treats 2-3 times a week, as I think that is the healthiest.
They get endless supply of hay, and some pellets.

Mine get a cup of veg in the morning.
Tablespoon of pellets & herb at night & most days a handful of fresh grass.
They also have unlimited hay.

I give treats like apple, carrot, blueberries & watermelon 1-2 times a week, i use it as distraction/reward for health checks, weighing, nail clipping or lap time for the guinea's who are still nervous around me.

I forgot to mention that mine also get unlimited hay and 'special' hay (different foraging hays) as a treat :)
