How to clean grease gland?

This is how i do it.
You will need swarfega, a tooth brush (old one), soapy water, towel.
Rub the swarfega on his gland and cover the whole area, rub with the tooth brush (not too hard), wash off in the water and dry.
You may need to do it twice depending how bad it is.
