How To Make A Chin-sling For Guinea Pigs?

I don't know how to start this new post, the only thing I can say is that I need to design a chin sling for Solecito.

So, everything started about a month ago (May 24th). Solecito had his molars filed last June 1st but his teeth grew so much he needed a second yesterday (June 22nd).

Why do I believe he needs it? Well, the x rays showed his roots were growing the opposite side.

At the moment Solecito is very interested in food but he may be feeling pain, because he leaves after a lot of tries. Also, his bites are not as strong as his brother's.

I've been reading about Willie, the guinea pig who used the chin sling, and I feel Solecito needs it as well.

That is why I decided to make my own, but before I do so I will go to buy materials and do some research about his phisiology. I'll also talk to the vet before he leaves the state.

I don't know, please, I need some advice before I proceed designing it. Has anyone tried this?

@Dorothy Uranga I'd suggest that you post on the Guinea Lynx forum. I know from past experience on that forum that one of the members had created/used a chin sling to good effect, so that would probably have the best designs and how it worked.

I looked into it years ago for one of my pigs with severe dental issues, but unfortunately she passed away. I got my info at the time from Guinea Lynx, and I believe there was a post discussing the basic design of how to make a sling and the materials to use there.
