Hi all, I've found myself with some very rare time on my hands and a load of fleecy jumpers that were going to be binned so I thought I would have a go at making some cosy things for my pigs. I've just made a little cosy sack but was wondering, what is it that you put in the entrance to keep it open? I know lots of people on here put a strip of plastic in but where do you actually get this from?

I just found this on youtube :)

Not sure if it's what you're looking for?

Thats great thank you, thats given me some great ideas for some other stuff I'm doing. However, its not quite what I'm looking for. I'm making a cosy (the ones like a sleeping bag) and I just want to know what people put in the front to keep the entrance open, I know some people use a piece of plastic and I was wondring where they get these from.

You should be able to buy it from any decent haberdashers. When I bought it, I asked for corset boning.
Hope this helps

Dunelm mill do it something like 30p a metre i would melt the edges a little so they are smooth and wont wear away the fabric also you should make a sleeve for it then put it in the cosy opening
