...get a Widget!

Snickers has been very down in the dumps since Darwin went over the rainbow bridge so I decided to get him a new cage mate. There were two little boars for him to make friends with and he chose Widget.

Ohw how lovely x) - I know how tough it is to find the right friend for a piggie after another goes to the land of endless cucumber.
 
Great that you have found a friend for Snickers, they look very happy together! The are both beautiful
 
He wasn't overly bothered by either little boars he had to choose from but he definitely seemed more interested in Widget than the other one who looked so much like our Fudge that I was secretly hoping he wouldn't pick him as his new friend (does that make me a bad person?) lol rolleyes
 
Glad snickers have a new friend, although.. I think snickers is in need of a manicure :))

Yes they all need their nails doing - it's on my to do list this week...Snickers will be the easiest one to do but the others are going to be a challenge and a half!

Thank you Glynis...Widget is still very timid although he did let me hand feed him some carrot this morning when I did breakfast round...I just love the morning wheek chorus although Biscuit and Beau are still quiet and I haven't heard them wheek at all since we got them.
 
Aww they look adorable together. So glad your piggy has a new friend to cheer him up.
