How To Treat Small Cut To Leg

One of my guineas has a small scrape to her leg. She does nth seem bothered. Should I just let heal naturally or apply anything? Will be bathing her with malaseb at end of week anyway. Thanks.
 
You can give the wound a clean with some hibiscrub or saline solution (1 tsp of salt dissolved in 1 pint of boild, cooled water). See a vet if it starts looking angry.
 
I tend to deal with things like this as I would a minor scrape on one of my kids - keep it clean to avoid infection (salty water is good, as Wiebke suggested) and if it starts to look nasty seek some medical advice.
