My older pigs are very trustworthy. Sometimes I accidentally leave my bedroom door open when they're having floor time, but they never try to leave the room. Sometimes they have a sniff where the carpet changes but then they go trotting back home.
With the little pigs it's a different story ... I am constantly having to shoo them out of places they shouldn't be. :))

Peanut - Had him for 8 years, trust him anywhere in the house really, he never goes far though to be honest.
Miffy - 50/50 I'd probably feel happier supervising her.
Piglet - Same as Miffy, they are sisters!
Squidgey - NO WAY! She did once escape, not for long, but uh uh watch at all times. She's only a few months old though, still learning.
Willow - Very laid back, prefers sleeping and lying down to moving anyway so she can be trusted not to go anywhere out of bounds.
Boo - Again 50/50, she's pretty darn fast when she wants to be and very cheeky.
Nemo - He's just happy toddling along doing his own thing.
Godzilla - Follows Nemo 24/7.
Lola - Had her many years too, she's totally trusted.
Chicken - Same as Lola, no problems.
Skye - Still a bit of a livewire but generally she sticks with Lola and Chicken.
Pickle - Lovely piggy, very, very friendly but a bit too enquisitive.
Ed - Picking up all of Pickle's habits! But he's just too adorable and generally a very good boy.

My first piggy I had was very trustworthy he was allowed to wander about, even in the garden only when I was with him though, he'd come when his name was called. With the two I have now Alfie is chilled and relaxed but given the chance and he legs it he's a little devil, Henry is curious and chomps on things rolleyes

My piggies are very trustworthy, I have always told them little secrets & never once have they told anyone else rolleyes:))

When Oliver and cleo lived indoors they spend most of the day wondering round my house...
Eric I can trust aswell... As I can open his cage and leve it open and he won't move...lol...:))
But the rest I wouldnt leve unattended...
x

When indoors I trust them, especially as my youngest pigs can no longer fit under the TV cabinet rolleyes Hettie and Boris have noth had a thing about getting underneath but both seem to be too big to squeeze under now - thankfully! Marmite did escape from the C&C when she was a baby and is the only one of my pigs to figure out the stairs (although can't get back down them!).

Outdoors, I wouldn't take a chance. Although that said, None have ever tried to get out of the hutch. Willow almost fell out the other week trying her hardest to reach lettuce though :)) (I was right there, don't worry, and the lowest level is only about 3" from the ground)

Dustin has chewed chunks out my skirting boards and likes to explore everything

Darwin is an explorer but a little bit more cautious than Dustin

Dexter is good as gold and so well behaved.

I would say overall they are trustworthy :) Dustin the least tho :))

Lentil - Would be out the room
Jake - Would be out the room
Bounty - Would be out the room, down the stairs and out the front door
Sky - Would be wondering around the room
Baby pig - Would be wondering around the room
Loki - Would be wondering around the room

Liquorice is such an explorer! i dont know if he would have left the
room though because he would wonder where Pepper was! :))

Putt - Quite Trustworthy, when I am dismantling her run and remove the grids, she won't wander off the edge of the blanket, it's like an invisable barrier. However I can't trust her around plastic, she once nibbled the hay bag and had us worrying for days.

Treacle - Trustworthy, she is too shy and nervous to get into much trouble (i hope)

Cookie - Totally Untrustworthy, the most pesky, inquisitive piggle ever. Constantly trying to dangle over edge of cage at feeding time, always wanting to know what is going on. Such a funny little personality, always makes me laugh to watch her antics!

Caron and Hywel: will gnaw anything plastic with joy! Hywel also has had a go at the wallpaper and papers that have fallen to the ground.
Ceri loves the labels on piggy carriers.
Nerys will eat anything remotely edible.

In terms of leaving the room: none since Llewelyn and Ffion. My living room door is open all the time, but the piggies won't sneak out.
