hurt foot?

attached a picture hopefully it came through. all of his other feet look fine but I just noticed that the front of his left feet his nails are super red it had to just start not sure what this may be?

Is it blood? It’s possible the nail has been caught and pulled.
It would be best to have a vet check it out as he may be in discomfort

Can you contact your vet? Is it inside the nail? Or his skin?

Ouch! Looks like he could have pulled or damaged his nail or toe. I'd pop him to the vets for a check - it could be painful!
