When I actually think about it? Comet was worse. Comet couldn't do a thing quietly to save his life and yes, I'm including sleeping in that. Every morning at 3am? Comet. Every time food was on the go? Comet. Hay? Comet. Phonecalls? Comet. Jangly keys? Comet (and Blitzen). Music they didn't like? C..ah no fair enough, that one was Blitzen. Water bottles? Comet. Bowls? Comet. Cage rearrangment? ...Comet.

So you'd think I'd have practice for the goblins. But there's only so many times you can groan "no" in a sentence. I took a new box of hay upstairs. FOOD. No it's just a box. FOOD. It's hay and I need to open the box. FOOD. I need to find the scissors. FOOD. Can I just get the box open? FOOOOOOOOD.

I'm grateful they're apparently feeling better but I'm not sure how I ever listened to Comet doing this on an hourly basis, ever.

Comet was adorable and had the cute face to back it up but Blitzen was clearly the one with the brains in that pairing. My favourite memory is still Blitzen trying to sleep and Comet trying to set up his zoomies circuit, with the box Blitzen was sleeping in in the way, and physically shoving the box out of his way. Blitzen was not impressed. Neither was Comet.

The goblins are currently making as much noise with their water bottle and rustling the paper as possible. I honestly thought they'd somehow got hold of a plastic bag for a minute just now. :flag:Just another couple of days, right?
