i don't understand these two

my 2 rescue piggys. first they love each other, then they hate eachother, they its love then they fight and draw blood and now i'v managed to pair them up again and they are best friends @)@)@) its driving me up the wall.
i was trying to find a new home for them as they where on their own from fighting and it wasn't fair to keep them on their own because i couldn't affort to take on a new friend for each of them. hope they stay friends this time @)@)
 
these are what mine are like right now! they're best friends one minute and the next they're attacking each other:/
what do you do when they fight? like, do you separate them or?
 
they were over 2 years old when i took them on. they had a pretty bad start in life from what i could see. i'v only had them about 3 months now.

they were fine when i got them. it was when i introduced them to my others when they kicked off the first time so i seperated them, they have a 2 tier 4 1/2ft by 2ft hutch to themselves so they have plenty of room to keep away from eachother if they have a fall out but they kept bickering.

they got seperated again when i found out teddy was pregnant (she was already when i got her) but she had a still birth. managed to pair them up again. but a couple of weeks later is when they had a BAD fight.

but i'v managed to put them together all day and they have been cuddled up with eachother and stuff. i'm still keeping them seperated on a night when i can't keep an eye on them. i don't know if thats wrong or not. but i don't want either injured if something does kick off @)@)
 
my male had to be put down on monday because of his abcsess due to neutering. it kept coming back and getting worse, it was lanced a few times, operated on and kept open to drain. he was on anti biotics but he was in pain and discomfort and it was only getting worse. he wasn't himsef anymore 8....
my rescues teddy and bear are 2 sows (sisters) and i have another 2 sows who are seperarate as teddy and bear are very nasty to one of them.
