Tonight I am having a really bad night and very uncomfortable which is keeping me awake but I have the company of Sparky who is on my shoulder chittering away happily in my ear and without him my pain and exhaustion would be so much harder to cope with, he is providing me with company, distraction, lots of love and a great deal of amusement, my lads make my life so much richer.

Thanks Joanne yes he is, in fact all three of them are very special boys as are I am sure all our pets.
 
AWWW - nothing better than medicine that is as good looking and personable!
 
Totally agree that he is booming gorgeous, he really is. I can't believe that his last owner gave up him to a rescue but that means that I get to enjoy him and his company.

They are definitely better than drugs.
