I got licked by a guinea pig!

haha - it's really weird at first! Jeff is a licker...he's mad...

What's REALLY disconcerting - is being licked by a hamster! My Norman (RIP) was more like a mini dog (or guinea pig!) than a hamster, and he used to groom and lick me. Once, he was sat on my shoulder grooming my eyelashes! I miss that furry little beast :(

Oh I dunno...Normy was fairly.... "special" :x

He was weird from day one but such a great little thing. Never bit anyone, you could do anything to him. He used to run around the house free range and go in his cage at night time!

That reminds me, I still need to get my Norman tattoo!

Sookie always licks my arms and hands but yesterday she leap up on to my chest began madly licking face. I was the weirdest but cutest thing ever. drool My hamster tinker used to lick me sometimes too x)
 
:)) Henry who I have now is a big licker, he climbs up and sits on my shoulder and starts to give my face a through wash while I'm in mid conversation with someone, never when I'm alone and the other person is always like "....Is he licking your face?!" rolleyes

The other night I was laid on my bed with the pigs on my chest and Alfie stood on my chin and was licking the tip of my nose which is better than the time he bit it as I was nodding off. :))

I'd never let a dog lick my face, just my pigs :))
 
All of mine do it al of the time, i thought it was really cute and them showing some love but its apparently something they do to taste salt or something, because of the sweat glands......?
 
Harold is a licker so is my sister in laws Daisy, its a lovely thing to be licked by a piggy. It's so nice that Sal loves you, shows he is greatful for all you have done for him xx
 
Piggie licks drool Treacle has done it to me twice, I love it! Sal obviously loves the taste of you!
 
Other Sport billy here. Treacle never licks me, she just bites me.
 
Rex was a licker he just licked me at everychance he got.
Smudgy licks my fingers but not my face,
Mojo just bites me
 
Misty is a nibbly licker! She nibbly licked OH's nose through c and c grids yesterday - they have invented a new game to play together! He bobs his head up and down and she does it back! :))

Toffi the cat is licky when she is in the mood, and Puck the hamster has licked my hand when it is offered with treats.

I like piggie kisses! x)
 
My little Gloria licks me every time I hold her :|
Had her out last night and she was sat on my chest and started licking my face. Feels so strange bless xx
 
My Boys a licker he licks me all the time, but I think its just to see where Ive been. Although I like to think he thinks I'm a guinea pig :) and thats why hes so dominant because he doesnt want another piggie invading our bond....diluded or what lol?
 
My Nigel was a licker too, bless him. Little Terk likes liking the OH's ears when she sits on his shoulder.
 
awwww sweet, Peter is my special boy who sometimes licks and nibbles my hand and other times has licked my ear and cheek when sitting up on my chest or shoulder

I had a pet bantam rooster once who thought I was simply the big chicken who always knew where the food was. So your piggy probably thinks you're the big pig who knows where the parsley is and can make it magically appear.

I'm glad you said that. Redemption, until very recently, has always had a round salt and mineral lick block in his cage (the block fell apart last time I cleaned the cage), and I have seen him taste it, and he has never licked me. But Salvatore has never had a salt block in his cage, so what you said tells me that it's time to go to the piggie store and get a couple of salt blocks, or maybe rinse a parsley leaf or two in some light salt water.
