Stores in my province are curbside pickup/shipping only due to COVID-19. I was running out of pet supplies/bedding/hamster food/guinea pig food, so I ordered online and chose curbside pickup because mail delivery is also really slow right now. Then I waited a week to be told that my order was ready. When I didn't hear back and was getting desperate, I logged back online and checked my order and found out that the pet store gave my order to someone else, apparently! The guinea pig items are all marked as 'picked up' (not by me!) The hamster order got cancelled, I guess because the people picking it up didn't have hamsters and said they didn't order it... how did that not clue them in that it was the wrong order? Now someone has seventy-five dollars worth of my pet supplies and I have none! Going to have the call the store tomorrow and get it sorted out, I want the stuff I ordered and I want in quickly because I am right out of hamster food!
