Following on from my piggie bereavements, I have adopted a lovely little wooly pig from a local rescue drool I don't think they normally take in piggies so they don't know much about them and weren't sure what kind of pig he is - I think texel?

Here he is - his name is Caspar as his lovely little bonding buddy's name is Spook x)

Congratulations, he is absolutely gorgeous! x)drool

He does look like he could be a texel. Have they cut his hair or is he just a youngster? Mine had short hair when they were young but not quite as curly as Caspar's.

Depends how old he is, at 10 weeks my texel had quite long hair already! It's hard to tell. I thought maybe swiss but he's a bit curly for that! Maybe he is a mix of different things - regardless though he is very cute and he has gorgeous colouring!

He's gorgeous x) Where is gogoguineas when you need her? *looks around*

So did i, the hair on his head stands like a swiss but he;s to curly whirly at the bottom! Either way he's a gorgeous little pig-pog :)

I had a look at all the long-haired/textured coat types and none of them look like him - a unique-piggie he must be drool
