i have piggies

hi,i know i mentioned a rescue but went in pets @ home today and in the adoption centre they have a pair of girl piggies.one is cream and white and the other is a chocolatey brown and white.so friendly and realy cute.ones around 8mths and others 2yrs.thinking of calling cream cookie and other crumble.think she made need loose abit of weight as weighed her in store and she weighs 3lb!whats the normal weight for a guinea pig?will post pictures once they settled.so excited with them.first piggies ive ever owned.:<>

AWWWW - can't wait for pictures.

Weight is completely OK - there are some big girls around! I have one that is not far off.

Just give them time to settle and get the hang of their new surroundings.

Aww thats exactly what i did!
i went into petsathome, and found the most gorgeous pair in the adoption section Again mine were quite over weight! Perhaps that shop overfeeds them?
But mine settled in no time, and are the most wonderful piggies, hope yours are the same x

thanks for link.both def girlies.stroked cookie this morning and she twitched n kicked back leg out.this normal behaviour?make my rabbits look huge.
