When I adopted Pig-Pog they told me that she was violent...
Over the last couple of veg meal times, she has been in the run with Pandy. As you know Pandy is tiny, so IF I had believed that Pig-Pog was violent, I would not of put Pandy at risk, at all time I have been watching them, now today I have my back to them.
Pig-Pog seem to be licking Panda's bum a lot as if to mother her. I am not going to put them in a cage to sleep together until one of my new cages arrive, so they can go into a neutral cage.
They do play piggie train around the run but there are so many happy noises and popcorning, I do think they will bond.

I have put both girls back in there own cage, Pig-Pog would normally go straight into her igloo but today she is making funny noises and just sat looking out of her cage, this could be because Honkey & Mervyn are now in the run but she does not normally bat an eye lid at them.
Do you think she is looking for Pandy?

pig pog(love the name) sounds like an angel! 0:) maybe she is lonely, perhaps having her cage with a cooling rack and cable ties or put pandy's cage next to pig pog's so they can see and smell each other and hopefully get comfort from each other. give both your girls pig pog and pandy a hug and kiss from me! and hugs and cuddles to their mum! :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

awwwwwwwwwwww :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: yes i think Pig Pog is looking for her friend Pandy :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
I think you just might have a new beautiful couple :) :) :) :) :) :)
I hope so, please let us know and of course PICCIES :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

awwwww thats sooo sweet bless her! :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: i think she's looking for her friend. maybe you could put a divider down a big cage and just have them next to each other? :smitten: :smitten:
i don't beleive that many piggies are violent, with the right care and tlc :-* (i know some may be) ::) :smitten: :smitten:

At night when they are in their own cages, we put them next to each other but today I have put them in the same cage but am monitering their behaviour, there has been a little bit of nuging but no rumberling, Pandy is a bit of a drama queen, so I am not sure if to leave them in the one cage overnight or to put Pandy in her normal cage tonight...
Please could you let me know what you would do?

i would take take them out of a night and put their cages together. until they get use to it i would not leave them together unsupervised! especially as pandy is so small. try putting them together in a neutral cage and then neither will feel threatened. hoping things turn out well for you and your babies. hugs and cuddles to you and your fur babies. pandy is allowed to be a drama qwueen sweet little mite. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

The cage they are in is in the livingroom during the day and my bedroom at night. The new cages turned up yesterday morning. I have took out Pig-Pogs fluffy igloo bed and Pandy cossie bed and put in a large pod, so that it is neutral to both of them and is bigger enough for them to share, I can always remove this and replace it with their own beds.
Harrisons new cage is here as well, so tomorrow, I will be rearranging my bedroom to get all 5 cages in there.

how did pig pog and pandy get on? just curious are you married? as i'm not sure my hubby would like me to have 5 cages of piggies in the bedroom. i would but he wouldn't well so he'd say(didn't hear it from me but hubby is a big sook!) hoping they do get on well together and bond and build a friendship. please keep us updated. hugs and cuddles to you and your fur babies. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Pig-Pog and Pandy are still together and getting on really well.
I am not married but Kyle and I do live together, he has actually gone out and brought most the piggies home.
Hugs to all you and your piggies
Liz x

glad your babies are getting on so well, is pandy still playing the drama queen? sound like your OH is a big sook too! :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: glad things are well for you and your angels. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: hugs and cuddles to you and your piggies. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Ive been told that Merlin has violent tendancies too but to me he is just the biggest soppiest pig ever.
