I think Ella has a fatty lump :( What causes them?

I've just picked Ella up and I felt a lump on her belly. I'm pretty sure it's a fatty lump as it feels the same as Edward and Elizabeth's fatty lumps but I'm just curious as to what causes them as like I say, both Edward and Elizabeth have them too? Of course, I'll ask the vet nurse to check it when they go for nail trims on Monday

I suspect that it is a genetic disposition. It is certainly nothing you influence or prevent.
