Hi! I'm a new member to the guinea pig forum and need some help and advice. I have always had guinea pigs as a child and loved them. I am shortly buying my first house and would again love to have 2 baby guinea pigs to share it with. Only problem is I don't want to buy them from a pet shop becasue I would rather buy them where they have been handled most of thier early lifes and are younger than those at a pet shop. But... i have no idea where I can buy baby guinea pigs from ,either respectable private owners or places where they have been regularly handled and are still babies in the Reading area. Can anyone suggest places I could buy well handled baby guinea pigs from in the Reading area? Your help and suggestions much appreciated! Thank you! :)

Hiya and welcome.

Try Guinea Pig rehome there are lots of rescues out there that need good homes for pigs. Most rescues will take a donation for the pigs you home. :)

Hi Louise,

Thanks for the reply. Is Guniea Pig rehome local to the reading area or do they have a website?!

Happy Easter!
