I was walking home last night from work (which usually takes ½ hour) I was half way home when something in my leg went *twang* and suddenly it wouldn't support my weight anymore. I had to hobble the rest of the way. By the time I got home I was in so much pain I was crying.
This morning it is still painful and I had to get a lift to work rather than walk in. I'm supposed to be going to one of my dance classes tonight but I won't be able to go now.
I had this before about 2 years ago but after various tests and xrays it was decided that there was nothing wrong. I just put it down to the fact that I didn't do any exercise and was massively overweight. It went away after about a year.
Well, its happened again and although I'm still massively overweight, I have actually lost quite a bit recently and I've been exercising up to 9 hours a week.
If I have to give up my dancing classes I'm going to be so depressed. Its what I live for. I don't want to go back to sitting down all day and getting lifts everywhere. I've only just got my life back after years of sciatica and back problems.
Does anyone have any advice for me?
Sorry to moan on. Thanks for listening
