My guinea pig Lucy has one ear that looks dry and I'm not sure if its mites, a fungal thing, or just dry skin. Just looking for some help.

Please see a vet for a hands-on examination. We cannot tell you what you are dealing with just going on your question.
If you have a newly bought guinea pig, then you can reclaim the vet cost from your pet shop as part of your customer rights.
