One of my piggies appears to of lost some condition and I noticed that he seems to keep having poops stuck have in and half out which I have been removing. Is this impaction and if so is there more inside I need to remove and if so how do I go about it. Should I take him to a vet?

A single poo stuck half in and half out sounds like a caecotroph (a poo the guinea pig reingests), if you want to read up on impaction, have a look here, its usually seen as a compacted mass of poop stuck in the perianal sac. I could nt tell your if he has impaction or not. This link is great to help see if he does and how you can help him.

If your piggie however has lost body condition or is loosing wieght then it may be a sign of illness, so please get him checked over by a good vet.
