we have wonderful memories of our babies including other pets we have lost. they say time heals wounds but it doesn't take away the pain. just thought others could post stories or piccies of their lost pets in memory of them.

Are we allowed to post our lost ones here ? or was it just in tention of yours 0:) sorry didnt know if yuo wanted this just for yuor piggies or anyones to keep the thread going thats all O0
 
I think it's for everyone...hope so anyway!

These are my 90's piggies (91/92/93 judging by the Barcelona 92 t-shirt I'm wearing!)
They were brothers Candy and Chocolate. Candy had a lump which he never recovered from and Chocolate lived for a couple of years after him on his own...they were beautiful boys! :smitten: :smitten:

This was Cuzzy, our Sheltie who we got him from P@H at the end of July 2007. He died 16th November 2007 aged 6 months. Cuzzy was always very small for his age. He had a suspected URI but wasn't showing actual signs of it other than a high temperature. He then suffered with a wry neck, vet put it down to an ear infection but again no outward signs. He did pick up but then relapsed and he passed away around 8:45am. I battled for three weeks to get him right but in the end it was not to be.

Although I only had Cuzzy for a short time we struck up such a bond, we all still miss him and I still get upset over him. Emily wants to make a garden for him in the spring so we have somewhere to go and remember him.
 
This is Bud Bud and his son Nibbles :smitten:

Bud Bud was hunched up and had crusty eyes and had slight diarrhea so took him straight to the vets were he died overnight aged 1 and a half :(

Nibbles died aged 4 weeks and was just found dead when i went to feed them all but at the time i did house my bunny with about 3 guineas and i now regret it but i really dunno why he died :'(

iloveanimals, nibbles and budbud are really cute. how sad that nibbles passed before his life began. love bud bud's little crest on his head and nibbles white hairband. they are really cute and may they be in peace running around together and watching over you. sunshine and twinkle cuzzie is cute too and really likes the camera. i have never seen a shetland guinea pig before. can see you spolit cuzzie and it is easy to see how easy it would be to love a face like that. may cuzzie be also at peace and be running around in paradise and watching over you. i think the garden in memory of cuzzie is a great idea! when ever we lose a pet, we plant a tree or flower in memory of them. :) :)

i am hoping this thread isn't too upsetting for you all. remembering the piggies you have lost! i made this thread to remember our love ones and the good times and to share this with others. so i am sorry if people find this thread upsetting. RIP all little furbabies. so much loved and so sadly missed. :'( :'( 0:) 0:)

Awww thanks EVER soo much - No one has ever said such nice words 0:) :smitten: O0 Got 2 more piggies to add to R.I.P yet :'( will do them now 0:)
 
One of the black babies is named Ebony she died aged 1 week old :'( She was the runt from a litter of 6 but the other 5 survived and i still have Ebonys 2 sisters but rehomed the other 2 :smitten:

oh they are so cute! i could just snatch them all up and cuddle them! don't know what it is with black guinea pigs but for me anyway there is something magical about them. they may not be pretty but their personality just over flows. i just love them!!poor little ebony, guess god wanted her back. sweet little angel. RIP 0:) 0:) 0:) and what about diesel, he looks like he would have been a real character. he has a look on his face that just screams out i didn't do it, i'm the baby gotta love me. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
it is so sad you only had him a short time, but he did manage to wiggle into your heart. they are all really cute and so sad they they passed before they had a chance to live. :'( :'( RIP sweet little ones. run free and be happy. :smitten: :smitten: 0:) 0:)

Its alright - I like a little cry sometimes just to remember my loved ones so i do like this thread as i can remember my precious ones that have passed over the bridge O0
 
in loving memory of branston the piggie i got from the pet store but sadly he had died on the way back home dont know how, pet store said he was fine.
i dont have any pictures sorry. :'(

also, i had (before shadow) another guinea, but it died before i even had a chance to name him. i think he was 2 months old when he died of pneumonia. he died the next morning after i got him at the pet store. i am sorry little guy that i did not get a chance to know you and that your life ended so abruptly. RIP little guy.

i don;t have any pics of this one, tho.
 
shadow is a real cutie and it is plain that you loved him and that you loved little no name too. may they be at peace and be running together in paradise, munching on the grass and watching over you until you will be together again. 0:) 0:) 0:) shadow knew you loved him and you were his world as he was yours. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: as for no name, bet he too knew you loved him but guess god needed him more than you. 0:) 0:) 0:)may you keep them both in your heart and they will always be with you.
