As some of you know that Biscuit has had a op today and had 3 lumps removed. I have him in a Nero Cage and the mursurements are: Would this be an Nero 2 cage?
31 " length
17 " high
17" width

I have had to put his daughter and girlfriend in with him, as he is restless plus its far toooo cold for them to be outside. I know its too small for 3 guinea pigs to stay in for along time but its better than being outside! What size would be best for 3 gps to live in. I do like the Nero cages so anything that is that style would be great. They come out every day for a run around

I have a large indoor cage from P@H which is 4ft by 2ft+ deep, it's cheaper online and you can get a 140 one too

While I go by the www.guineapigcages.com standards, I would still not recommend keeping more than one guinea pig in a cage that small - it's the same size of cage as the one I use to isolate any piggies that are sick. You risk fights breaking out if you put more than 1 in a cage of that size. Perhaps you could try and get a hold of some grids to make a temporary cage?

I would look at nothing smaller than a rabbit 120 or 140 for 3 with floor time :)

Alternatively get hold of the cubes and make something, you can have it any shape, style you like then :)

I have the nero 3 and I think it's too small to house one of my boars in full time, but pets at home have started a nero 4 which is a lot bigger and I think you could keep two in there. I must admit that I prefer C&C ones because of their versitlity.

Hi - look back to gil and lyndeys reply re 2 storey indoor cage - there is a picture of one from e bay £60 which I think I will get. I've been looking everywhere! it's quite a problem isn't it? The problem is the horizontal space. Lets hope we both get sorted soon eh!? :)

Sorry I've just gone and replied to the wrong topic - can't seem to delete!
