I just adopted a 5 month old sow who I've named Rio. She had a date with my two older Sows and all went well. Shes now settled in a tempory hutch where she can see and smell Sookie and Sherbert before moving inside with them. When i first held her she lay down on my lap and half closed her eyes and i've already gotten a chuckle out of her so I'm very much in love. x)

I've got my pigs in the garage for tonight the only way i could set it up so they could see and smell each other for a couple of days before the big introduction. It feels so empty in my room without them. Worrying about little Rio being scared of the noise the wond is making :( Keep popping out to the garage every five seconds to check on her. Just had a cuddle and instead of wanting to go back into her hutch she scurried into my hoody and snuggled into neck x) I love her so much already
 
\she's got some flea drops on her, which is why her neck looks greasy, and i keep kissing her getting nasty taste. I probably should have stopped after the first time i did it.... but she's just to cute :))
 
Rio is x) x) You must be very excited!

You're a nut! Do you think it's genetic? Did we get it off Dad?

Mum had pigs, Dad had pigs and i grew up around your pigs. Its only natural that i wuv them. And looking at her can you blame me? She's just the cutest wutest wittle thing! Trying to get a good pic of her nose, it has a tiiiiiiiiiiny bit of white on it. So she's a tri colour in disguise :))

True but would you really class mum as a cavy slave? Poppy is a tort and white in disguise like Rio technically not tricolour. I'll have to come n see her.

Maybe not a slave but deffinately an admirer. You will need to, she's so sweet. She's just been put in with Sooks and Sherbs :)
