These photos aren't especially good, I blame the lighting (first lot were taken with flash as it was the evening.) {:|

Looking foward to getting him some vetbed, and filling the cage with goodies. (This morning he started to popcorn around the cage, which melted my heart.)

His name is Snufkin, which comes from Moomins.

What a gorgeous pig. So lucky to have you. Like Sandra, I think that last photo is just brilliant. x

Snufkin is gorgeous, and it is good to see that he is already showing his cheeky side!

He's a very handsome boy.

This is my favorite color combo and coat pattern. It reminds me of a bumblebee. Does anyone know what it's called?

Thanks for the kind comments, everyone!

He is surprisingly brave and curious considering that it's only his second evening here, unlike the four guinea pigs I had in the past.

Re: His name - I was obsessed with the Moomins animated series as a kid, and a friend of mine is a huge fan, so it was the first name that came to me that stuck.. And my partner started calling him, 'Snufkin' before we even decided for sure. :))

It's great when his body squishes into almost a ball, as that's when he looks most like a giant bumblebee. :<>
