Inwards leg bald, spot there

In my guineaa patchys leg where it goes in on the inside theyre is a bald patch then a skin coloured spot? Should i take to vet or does anyone know whats wrong?
 
If there on the front legs its normal.

If near the back legs check if they are teets. After all both boars and sows have teets!
