That isn't normal. A visit to the vet is the best thing for your piggy. Welcome to our friendly forum!

I agree that your piggy really needs to see a vet for a proper diagnosis, as it certainly looks like your piggy has some sort of skin condition.
The good news is that these are generally easily treatable with the correct products and diagnosis.

It looks like it might be the bald spot behind the ear but if that's the case there will be a matching sized one behind the other ear. If it's grown and spread then it's likely a skin issue so would definitely need a vet to get on top of it.
