Is Harrison hyper? Bored? Scared of the dark? or mentally challenged?

Harrison can wheek for England, it is normally constant day and night, he lives by himself as he likes to fight, now last night he was not wheeking but running around this cage as if he has taken a drug used by athlete's, so I crawled out of bed 5am to make him a toy (lol roll and timothy hay) this kept him silent for all of a minute, he is fine while the light is on but as soon as I turn it out to go to sleep he starts running around like an idiot.
I am not in the bedroom at the moment but have left the light on for him and he is happy, as soon as the light goes out he starts.

Normally Brian and Mr Bumbles cage is on top of Harrison but due to Mr Bumble keeping me awake (gnawing on the hay rack and very loud antisocial rumbling), I have put Brains and Mr Bumbles cage in the living room and put Pig-Pogs cage on top of Harrisons.
For the last week or so I am in and out of bed all night because of the piggies and I really would like some sleep.

Can you get a little light for him? Maybe he just doesn't like the dark. :smitten:

I leave the kitchen light on for my lot so they can see what they are doing....whatever that is!

Kyle may have to adapt a light to put in his cage, unless I can get him some mini night vision glasses, oh no a piggie scared of the dark, that could only happen to me. 98)

Aww mine are ok in the dark, I do leave the light on until midnight, I think they know it's sleep time then!

It is funny the things we do for our piggies, I leave the bedroom light on until I go to bed, it gets turned on just before it gets dark, there will be all the eco good doers at my door if they knew, I even put the light on and off in the kids room for the hamsters....
I have the heating on more than I did last year, I do not want my piggies getting cold.
As for my carbon foot print... it must be a dirty great big 14 hole Doc Martin!

I put the radio on for Duke sometimes so he thinks he's got company, i feel guilty being at work all day and him with nobody to talk to :-\

Get one of the children's night lights and put it in the light socket, will be a dim light but might help O0

that's a good idea, hold on, the nearest light socket is behind his cage, think I might have to make a hole in his cage or run a little extension lead through...
