Is my boys "boy bits normal".. Comet is nearly 6. He is happy, eating, drinking etc. But his penis looks like this. Had boar guinnea pigs for 15 yrs.

I would advise you get him to the vet as soon as to be checked out. It may be a prolapse but also looks uncomfortable. Does it hang out like that constantly? How long has he been like that?

Appears to be getting bigger. He has always 'been well endowed' but this ia a mystery to me.
If it’s getting bigger then there is likely swelling. He needs a vet urgently. Is he able to urinate?

Yes he is urinating and pooping fine. His weight remains unchanged and plenty of beg, guinea nuggets and hay.
Ok. That’s good, he still needs a vet though

This really isn't normal and looks painful please take your piggy to see a vet as a matter of urgency.
I agree - it needs to see a vet and be checked for whether there is something stuck in the penis shaft or whether there is an infection in there.

Have you managed to get him checked out, that looks very painful and could get infected x
It's a cauliflower willy l think. Excessive skin on the foreskin. It just looks a bit wartier than usual. See what the vet says. It needs regular cleaning
It can do, l have seen some spectacular ones! But its difficult to say for sure without hands on examination
