There is no supply of Riddiceo in my stores, I was wondering if I can use red cabbage instead?

I’ve given mine red cabbage on the same basis as other cabbage.
They like it more than other types of cabbage.

Mine have eaten red cabbage in small amounts in the past. Cabbage is quite a gassy veg so if you are going to feed it, feed it in small quantities to make sure your piggies don't get bloaty.
I have moved your post to the Food section of the forum where it will get more views.

Another question, How would I know that my piggies are bloated? And can I feed red cabbage like, every other day? Do you think that would work.

Bloat is an incredibly painful condition. Piggies will typically sit hunched up, sometimes (but not always) gulping air. They won’t eat or drink. Sometimes they “look” bloated but sometimes it’s not that obvious. They are acutely ill. There will be a lack of poop output.
With bloat time is of the essence, piggies need pain relief and medication to get all parts of their guts moving again. Syringe feeding is vital to get them through it as they need to keep the guts moving.
That’s why we recommend feeding limited veg that are known to cause bloating in piggies.
