I've only just noticed that pig seems to have soft poo coming out. It's quite smelly but isn't diarrhoea. He has normal poos too that come out normally but these soft one just seem to sit there...
Any help would be greatly appreciated :help:

It could well be one of his "special poos" - the ones that they eat. Does he duck down and eat them?

Just keep an eye, it does sound like his special poos but it could well be a touch of an upset tummy which will need further attention. Is he ok in himself? If he does have an upset tummy he will need to see the vet and you should keep him off fruit and veg until his tummy is back to normal. As he is doing normal poos too I do think it is his special poos (caecotrophs).

Hi! Please take any piggy with soft poo off fresh food and grass to see whether the poo will stabilise again. Introduce the veg only slowly at least one or two days after the poos are normal again. Weigh Pig daily to have a clear idea of the true food intake; just watching can be deceptive.

If the poo is very smelly, this is usually the sign that something is not quite right. Please see a vet, especially if the poos don't get better within 24 hours and as a matter of emergency if they get worse. When you see a vet, please ask him for a probiotic to help additionally stabilise the guts, especially if he is prescribing an antibiotic.
