Is this safe for guinea pigs?

I was just wondering if Guinea pigs could eat Ruda?
I googled it and I wasnt able to find an article. So, I just want to make sure!

I have just googled it and Google won't even tell me what it is.

I would say if in doubt don't feed. Better safe than sorry.

Just had a bit of a Google and it seems it's called Rue in the UK and is an ornamental plant. I had a look for more information and found the below snippet which would indicate to me that it isn't safe:

Rue extracts are mutagenic and hepatotoxic.[3] Large doses can cause violent gastric pain, vomiting, systemic complications, and death.[3]

Exposure to common rue, or herbal preparations derived from it, can cause severe phytophotodermatitis which results in burn-like blisters on the skin
