Today I have a delivery arriving ..... 5 bags of hay from the Dust Free Hay company rolleyes

I have obviously been reading this forum far too much and have been sucked into the hay addicts cult without realising!

Seriously though the last batch I bought (from a different place) was pretty pants - very sharp bits (stabbed my hand) and very fine, almost to the point of just thin dried stringy grass. The bag before that, from my usual supplier had thick green mould through it, so I don't trust their storage anymore. so now the bunnies, the degus and the piggies are about to experience fine dining courtesy of this forum :))

me too! they out of stock at the moment tho!, thanks for that joanne btw :(|) xx

Off too find a hay that is in stock! Deeply upset by this dilema do you know what my babies are currently munching... its not even :(... it's the rabbits hay... poor bun subjected to such... Ok no the hay is eatable and too be fair they are eating loads of it so can't be that bad :))! I tell you it's not green... no it looks stinky! Poor piggles!

*Wonders if it's me with the problem and not the piggies... hmm that one is open to debate! *

well, its here! 2 soft boxes and 3 stalky hessian bags. I'm wondering if the stalky is possibly a bit too stalky and now I am worrying about eye injuries rolleyes They only like to eat out of the big litter tray and not a hay rack. Also they haven't lept into this hay like they do with the stringy one. They seems to be standing around it trying to get a piece into their mouths. might try them on the soft one in a bit. It is definitely dust free whcih I am seriously impressed by
