J.J trying to pull his stitches out!

have just caught the little git trying to munch on his stitches mallethead not quite sure how he can reach round to just above his grease gland but there he was nom nom nom! :x any ideas on what i can do to stop him? i can't keep an eye on him 24 hours a day for the next 10 days and i really don't want to find him with a open bleeding wound :(
 
when fluff had a lump removed on her side they stitched it and then put some sort of glue over the top to stop her eating them. i would phone the vets for advise. most piggies try to pull out stitches.

when nelly had his man bits taken away they stitched twice so if he took the first lot out it didnt matter.
 
Speak to your vets and ask their advice...... they might also like to check him over that he's not done any damage....... :{
