some of our gps have lice yet again, even though they have been treated with that Xeno stuff and also have been bathed with lice stuff, but the dam things are back again :-( i just wanted to see if anyone had used this stuff and found it worked?thanksnatasha xx

If you mean Xeno 450, I don't think that will work on lice as it is meant to treat miites - the best and most gentle lice treatment I have used is the Gorgeous Guineas Lice and Easy shampoo, see www.gorgeousguineas.com you leave it on for a few mins, and then repeat the treatment a week or so later (can't remember exactly how long off the top of my head). One of our fosters came in with lice and it cleared them very efficiently and they've never come back :)

The Johnson's Insecticidal spray is very good at clearing lice too, however it's not in an aerosol it's a spritzer that works within 24 hours. I know places like PaH and Jollyes stock it.

Ive found 2 things that worked really well.

Gorgeous Guinea - Lice N Easy Shampoo
Selson Shampoo for humans

Both killed them in a matter of minutes.

The johnsons spray tends to leave piggies very greasy and sticky.
