Junior celebrated his 1st birthday on Monday 3 August. It was the same day that Joey died so Junior was like a new Joey to us.

Just a reminder to folks that don't know the story regarding Junior.
I adopted a blind sow aged 7 weeks that I heard a breeder was giving away free I guess because she was blind and a nuisance.

We named her Princess. Seven weeks later Princess gave birth to two minipigs - basically she must have been 4 weeks old when she got pregnant presumably by her dad or brother. One minipig was DOA but Junior was fine.
Although Princess was blind, she looked after him superbly. She used to pin him down with her front feet to lick him all over :a19:.

Anyway, here is Junior a few days after his birth with Princess ....

And one year later, neutered and living with his three lady friends, one (Lottie) you can just see poking her head in the photo ...

He certainly is the "king of his hutch" :))

I remember the story of Princess and her little one. I also remember that sweet pigture.
