We've had these 2 for 4 weeks now and they have gone from a smallish pet cage to this one that I've made. it's a work in progress ;-) any advice you can give me would be great. You'll see flash (the one with my boy) was sitting well, now they won't let me get them out. They run off and I don't like to stress them, so I give up after a go or two.

That looks like a great fun cage. The only thing is the grids...in the pic they look like 8x8 squares rather than 9x9? The 8 square ones are a bit big, and piggies can get their heads stuck in them; so if it is, it would be worth putting something round the inside so that can't happen. Apologies if they are the 9x9, it's hard to tell from the pic.

I find it's easier to take them out of the cage if you train them to go into something to lift them out. I use their pet carrier, or a fleece house. There's a useful thread here, I always give a titbit like a slice of cucumber or pepper when they come out of the cage so that it's something they look forward to doing.
How To Pick Up And Weigh Your Guinea Pig

Awwwww, they are stunning!

Great set up, looks like theres plenty to keep them entertained :)

Lovely set up there, lucky piggies.

Don't worry of the grids are 8x8 squares. I have the 8x8 they are fine if your piggies are quite big. I even had a fairly big 7 week old in mine and he never even tried to stick his head through.
