just bathed ben in luke warm water... as he has stained all his fur at the bk yellow, he definatly was not a fan, n dont thnk he will want that any time soon, i took him out n wrapped him in a warm towl. n cuddled him up on my lap, hes now doig this periodical vibrating thing, is he mad at me? or just chilly,

Sounds like he's shivering. Try and get him as warm as possible. See if he'll let you blow dry him. If not, maybe put him up your jumper or something, then your body heat will warm him. Thats what I have to do with Freya as she doesn't like the hair dryer.

he didnt like his bath so didnt want to upset him any more with hairdrying him, iv just dne him a nice hot water bottle, n he sems fine now, is this normal for them to do this after a bath or have a done somethink wrong?

Out of my two Lexi always seems fine afterwards, she doesn't like bath time, but she'll let me dry her with the hair dryer, whereas Freya is fine in the bath but hates the hairdryer and she always does this. As long as you keep him warm he should be ok :)

I think guinea pigs sometimes vibrate like that when they're very scared/nervous too.

My Yossi did that the first time I sat him in a smallish plastic container and waited for him to wee (I was trying to collect a urine sample for testing, so it was only for a few mins and was for his own good!) He definitely wasn't cold but obviously wasn't used to sitting in a box so I assumed that, when "shivering", he was trembling through fear as he must've felt very trapped.

Lots of pigs hate being bathed but often get used to it. I'm sure Ben forgave you as soon as you gave him something nice to eat! :)

If you need any tips on bathing pigs, Laura's sticky is very helpful:
