Kaalu my black panther ( 27th Dec 2022 )

I recently lost two of my male guinea pigs on 22nd and 23rd Dec 2022 and today found my last male kaalu on his bed laying lifeless
He was all healthy but may be he passed away looking for his friend. I couldn't help him with his loneliness , i tried but atlast failed miserably.
My boy was a handsome but shy piggie. May his soul rest in peace. May be they all wanted to go together , they lived together to went together.

My heart really goes out to you and I am deeply sorry for what has happened. To lose 1 piggie is heart shattering enough but 3 in the space of 5 days is devastating and unimaginable.

Please be kind to yourself and do not blame yourself. You have not failed miserably, you are a loving and caring piggy parent who has been put in a truly terrible situation.

Poor Kaalu has probably taken the loss of his two brothers very hard and just like yourself was grieving, it was just too much for him to handle. You did everything you could for your babies. They are all as one again over the Rainbow . Sleep tight Kaalu with your brothers

I am so very sorry to hear that you lost Kaalu as well. You are such a caring owner and did all you could for your little ones. It seems that sometimes their grief is so great that they just cannot bear to be without their friends. They are now all reunited . Look after yourself as you grieve.
