Kalettes ?

Just found out my two like kalettes ! Even my little fussy one eats them.
I can't seem to find them on the food list so I'm not sure how often is safe to feed them. Is it the same as kale ? Are they high in calcium ?

I'd never heard of kalettes but according to the internet they are a kale/brussel sprout hydrid. So while they should be safe to feed I would feed them as a small amount only and not more than once or twice a week- I imagine they are high in calcium but a more immediate problem with overfeeding them might be a tendency to cause bloat, which can happen when too many brassicas are fed!
