Keep finding these in the hay

Anyone know what these are? I remove as many as I can find but they keep sneaking into the hay tray out of the hay, they’re really prickly

My last two have had these constantly, they’re incredibly sharp to pick up I keep trying to get to them if any sneak in before the boys do. Don’t want them to get prickled
