Kwench Lotion

Hi my piggies are teddys and they get dry skin sometimes so I use kwench lotion on them. One of my piggies keeps licking the lotion off the other piggy though this isn't any major problem I just apply more if needed however I just want to make sure it can't do him no harm by licking it off?
