Large lump on side of guinea pig belly

There is a large lump on the left side of my guinea pig’s belly. She has had it for a long time, (I think almost a year) and looked like she had it while she was pregnant. It is only on one side and I can’t find anything online about what to do. What should I do? Sorry about the photo’s bad quality, it was dark and my guinea pigs are scared of me.

That doesn't look right.
Your guinea pig really needs to see a vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Is that an option for you?
