Lidl lettuce

Just a warning for people who shop in Lidl. I went in this morning as I had to buy ingredients for my sons DT work before the husband went to work. I also bought some bits for the piggies - green beans, pepper, cucumber and lettuce.

I got home and unpacked the fridge stuff...only to find out I HAD BOUGHT COSBERG AND NOT LITTLE GEM I’m so annoyed! I’ll have to eat a lot of salads so it doesn’t go to waste. But it means the piggies have no lettuce till perhaps Monday

Oh well, looks like the piggies will have to have grass. And it’s no hardship eating salad for a few days is it?

Haha no it’ll be good for me! There is some grass growing out front which I gave them yesterday. They did like it rather a lot. I’ll cut some more for them later.
