i was haveing a BBQ and i looked at ronald and he was sitting in his water bowl in his run:))

so i decided to give him an upgrade to a bowl with nice warm water :))

Awww he is so cute. If my Charlotte saw that all you would get is teeth chattering and her thinking "crazy pig, going IN water, me prefers to be OUT of water. I dare mummy to give me a bath again, I'll get her next time" mallethead My older piggies don't mind water so much but Charlotte hates it.

I loved him paddling in the warm water........my girls stand in their bowl of water too but if it comes to bath? :o
noooooo we didn't notice the floating thing rolleyes:(|)
 
not known guinea pigs to like water that much, but my long haired rabbit misty used to like to sit in a baby bath of water in the summer when it was too hot to be in possession of a long coat, if her bath was not out and the paddling pool it was.
 
They are lovely pics, and ROnald is such an engaging character. x)x)x)

Perhaps you could put a tunnel or two to hide in a play with in the run?

i had a shock to when i saw him in the water, i was thinking " i swear they aren't suppost to like water" lol

and he has a couple of tunnels in the run, thae camra just missed the first one lol

Mine wouldn't do that but Finlay likes to lie on his belly, all feet spread when in the grass, especially if it's still ever so slightly dewy... you can see the grass all flat where he's been! but nothing will stop him chomping on grass...

thank me and my dad made the run ourselfs :) i love doing handy work and so does my dad and we had a lot of good spear wood so i thought, why not:)), it was good practise as i am doing GCSE in wood work :))

and yes he loves that side of the run even though his house is on the other end :)) he has cut the grass a bit to short rolleyes

oh well lol
 
I'm a teacher (not DT tho) and I'm giving you A for practical skills! and team work...
 
Awwwww your guinea pig is a little cutie ... :)) Myn hates having a bath, he will jump out of the bath tub just to get out, and he jumps onto me and everything.
